I’m Camille

a Bay Area native and military wife who brings together East and West Coast training with the healing traditions passed down from my Filipino roots. With nearly two decades of experience, I offer a full-spectrum approach to bodywork blending massage, cupping, stretching, and intuitive care to help clients move out of pain and into lasting ease.

Many of the people I work with have been with me for years, not just because something was “fixed,” but because they’ve discovered what it feels like to truly maintain and elevate how their body moves and feels. Think of me as your bodywork guide here to help you feel at home in your body again.

My path into bodywork began personally when I was diagnosed with scoliosis and a slipped disc at a young age. By the time I was 14 years old, I had already undergone two back surgeries, which gave me an early and very real understanding of what it means to live in a body that needs care, support, and recovery. Years later, I met a fellow military spouse who was a massage therapist, and something about our conversation deeply resonated with me. That moment quietly shifted the direction of my life and led me into this profession.

After returning to the Bay Area while my husband was still serving in the Navy, I began building my practice on the side while working in a spa. I started working closely with physique competitors preparing for shows, which challenged me in a very hands-on way and helped refine my skill. Over time, and through the trust of those early clients, my practice grew into what it is today centered on helping people move better, feel better, and stay better in their bodies.

My work is rooted in intention, intuition, and a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal when given the right support.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all sessions or routine, repetitive work. Every appointment is approached individually guided by both what you communicate and what I feel through my hands in real time. Your body is constantly changing, which means your treatment should evolve with it.

Clients who have worked with me long-term often share that no two sessions are ever the same and that’s by design. This work is not about following a script. It’s about listening, adapting, and getting closer to the source of discomfort rather than simply chasing symptoms

The experience itself is intentional but relaxed. Some clients come in and talk, others prefer quiet both are welcome. What matters most is that you feel comfortable, understood, and supported throughout the session. There is an open line of communication, because real progress comes from working together, not passively receiving.

I wouldn’t describe my work as traditional or purely “relaxation” focused. While relaxation can happen, my goal is deeper than that helping you move better, feel better, and build a stronger connection with your body over time.

At its core, what matters most to me is that every client leaves feeling not only physically better, but genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive to the moment they walk out.

What Clients have to say

“My scoliosis pain had been a constant challenge for years, and it became even more difficult after two postpartum recoveries. Working with Camille has been truly life-changing. She understands my body in a way no one else ever has—often identifying the source of my pain before I even mention it. My mobility, alignment, and overall comfort have improved beyond what I thought was possible. For the first time in a long time, I feel real relief and genuine support. I’m incredibly grateful for her skill and the care she brings to every session.”

“As a competitive CrossFit athlete, it’s not easy to find a massage therapist who truly understands the body and supports recovery at a high level. Camille is incredible at identifying areas of fatigue and tightness, helping release pain and restore movement so I can continue training at my best. I always leave feeling like a new person. Her expertise in deep tissue work and cupping is unmatched—I honestly call her my healer.”

- Gigi (CrossFit Athlete)

“I’ve been seeing Camille since 2013, originally to support my training in the gym. Over the years, she’s been a constant through every phase helping me prepare for my first physique competition and later supporting my recovery after a car accident that left me with nerve impingement from whiplash in my neck. No matter what my body has gone through, she’s always known exactly how to help. Having someone I trust at that level for over a decade has made all the difference.”
